What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days, we’ll resend it or refund you in full.
Will I pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
For customers in the European Union, we cover VAT upon import, so you won’t be charged VAT again. However, any additional customs fees or handling charges (if applied by your country) remain the responsibility of the buyer.

No — our keychains are miniature replicas designed for collectors and fans. They are non-functional and completely safe.
What materials are they made of?
We use high-quality metals, durable plastics, and resilient finishes to ensure detail, weight, and longevity.
Are they safe to carry everywhere?
While completely safe and non-functional, airport security may still flag them. We recommend packing them in checked luggage when flying. We can’t guarantee they’ll be allowed through security — carrying them is at your own discretion.

Can I order to my country?
We ship worldwide. However, local customs may restrict items that resemble weapons, even if miniature.

Could customs hold my order?
In rare cases, yes. If your package is blocked or returned, contact us and we’ll assist.
The courier marked my order as “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please check with your neighbors, building staff, or local post office. If the parcel is stolen or misplaced after delivery, we cannot provide a refund.
The courier tried to deliver but I wasn’t home. Who is responsible?
If the courier cannot reach you, they may leave your package at a local pick-up point or reschedule delivery. In this case, it’s your responsibility to collect the parcel.
The delivery is delayed by my local postal service. Do you refund in this case?
Minor delays caused by local logistics are outside of our control. We only guarantee a refund or replacement if your package does not arrive within 30 days after shipment and there were no successful delivery attempts.
My tracking hasn’t updated for several days. Is my order lost?
Tracking can pause at certain checkpoints (especially during customs processing). This does not mean your order is lost. Please allow the full maximum delivery timeframe before requesting a refund.
The product doesn’t look “exactly” as I imagined (size, weight, feel). Can I return it?
Yes, but this is considered a “change of mind.” Return shipping in this case is covered by the customer. We only cover return costs if the item is defective or incorrect.
I entered the wrong address when placing my order. Can you fix it?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes requested during this window are guaranteed — we’ll update the address before your package ships.
If more than 24 hours have passed, there’s still a chance the order hasn’t shipped yet. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update the address. However, once a package has been processed or dispatched, we can’t make any changes, and we’re not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
