Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

What These Times Mean

  • Typical Delivery — the average timeframe within which most orders are delivered.
  • Max Delivery — the longest expected delivery time under normal conditions.

Delivery Guarantee

While 95–98% of all orders arrive within the maximum delivery timeframe, 2–4% may be delayed due to factors like customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, or other unexpected disruptions (including natural disasters or epidemics).

If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 calendar days, we’ll issue a full refund or resend your order — whichever you prefer.

Note: Delivery time is counted from the moment your order is shipped, not when it’s placed.

Disclaimer: If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation. If delivery is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package from the courier or pickup location. Refunds or replacements are only issued if the order has not arrived within 30 calendar days and no delivery attempt was made.

Shipping rates are adjusted to approximate $5 USD in each local currency. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order exceeds the listed threshold.

Customs & Import Duties

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will either assist with locating your package or send a replacement free of charge.
